Dermatiq Refund Policy

1.Overview

At Dermatiq, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, our refund policy provides clear guidelines for returns and refunds.

2.Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

    • Timeframe: You must initiate the return within 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
    • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

    3.Non-Returnable Items

    The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

    • Products marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.

    4.How to Request a Return

    To request a return, follow these steps:

    Contact Us: Email us at returns@dermatiq.com with your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

    Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the product.

    Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided with your Return Authorization Number. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

    5.Refund Process

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. The following applies:

    Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

    Processing Time: Allow up to 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed after receipt of the returned item. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

    Partial Refunds: If only part of your order is returned, we will issue a refund for the returned items only, excluding any shipping costs.

    We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
